My name is Hannah. I hail from Calgary, Alberta. I've always enjoyed being creative. I love to write, and from an early age I wanted to be in the kitchen, where the action is. I'm also fond of tea, travelling, and bubble baths.
I am a student at the University of Calgary, majoring in Development Studies, minoring in Russian. What does that mean? It means I'm short on time, money, and sleep, and can tell you a lot of things you never wanted to know about Russian grammar.
I love to bake. I found out that I have food allergies at a young age; usually the only time I get sweets is when I make them myself. I don't have a big kitchen, top-of-the-line equipment or any formal baking experience. I learn as I go and make do with my $19.00 Walmart hand mixer.
I have an incurable sweet tooth. If I could have dessert for every meal, I would. My goal is to make things that look nice and taste better. Sometimes I succeed.
